Shipping policy

Please allow 2 - 14 days for your order to be processed, this include quality checked and packed. Upon processing, items take 2 - 7 days to be shipped and delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Delays may occur on new release items. Shipment may be extended within a 14 - 16 days.

1. Shipping does not take place on holidays and weekends. Order(s) placed on Friday ship out the following week after Monday.
2. You will have the option to pick a carrier of your choice, between DHL, UPS or USPS.
3. Eros Edge currently only accept domestic orders.

Eros Edge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Packages are out of our responsibility once given to the carrier. We advice to check your tracking number. If your package has been stuck or lost in transit, claim must be requested and filled with the shipping carrier chosen at checkout.
